1. Bordeaux-EsbjergA summer cruise along the most beautiful European islands, 26 June 2022 - 7 July 2022
The program in a nutshell (weather permitting): You will be warmly welcomed on board Tallship Thalassa in the port of Bordeaux on the 26 th of June 2022 where the famous Bordeaux wine festival will be concluded. After a relaxing sailing trip along the sunny French ocean coast, you can explore the French island of Belle Île on or around June 28th. After this visit the sails are set for a beautiful sailing trip of a few days, after which Thalassa arrives at the British Isle of Wight. Here the guests can also spend a day ashore. Then the ship sets sail for the Dutch island of Terschelling which can also be visited for a full day. After the stopover in Terschelling, Thalassa sails from the Dutch coastal waters to Denmark to make her entrance in Esbjerg on the 7th of July 2022. In good company of other classic seagiants you can enjoy an impressive entry in Esbjerg where Thalassa participates in a famous Sail-in organized by Sail Training International. How special can life be... A wonderful sailing trip from France to Denmark, from a cultural event in France to a nautical event in Denmark. Enjoy a beautiful, relaxing sailing trip along the French ocean coast, the English Channel and across the North Sea. On the way you will also visit the most beautiful European islands Belle Île (France) Wight (British Isles) and Terschelling (Netherlands).
First come, first served: for our spring expedition in Scotland (Oban-Troon) from 7-14 May there is still one cabin free for 2 people. All our other Scotland/Whisky tours in 2022 are fully booked, so if you still want to go with us, grab your chance and secure a place on board: 
As you probably know, it is possible to hire our ship exclusively for a group of up to 30 people. The first weeks of June and the last weeks of August until mid September 2023 are still available for hire. Before we finalise our remaining holiday trips (besides the first two whisky cruises in 2023) we would like to offer our clients the opportunity to check with us if there are weeks that suit them for a private whisky cruise with their own company. Sailing ports and routes can be arranged in mutual agreement, taking into account your wishes and preferences and our possibilities. A special project for Thalassa is the School at Sea programme, where pupils cross the ocean and back every year for six months on board our three-master, while still fulfilling their school obligations. They study and test, navigate, cook, organise expeditions, in short, they gain incomparable life experience. The expedition covers no less than 12,000 nautical miles and will visit Tenerife, Curacao, Panama, Cuba, Bermuda and the Azores.
